Escape from the stress of your day by focusing on this video… breathe in deeply and slowly through your nose for a count of 4… hold for 4 seconds… release your worries by exhaling through your mouth slowly for a count of 5. Repeat 5 times.

If you are still feeling anxious or tense, repeat deep breathing cycle for an additional 5 times.
